Tailor made for mid-to-senior-level managers with substantial business experience, Audencia EMBA Program (SHANGHAI) integrates our cutting-edge management research and teaching achievements in digital and intelligent transformation, as well as sustainable development, into the program curriculum design. The program is taught by renowned professors, scholars, and experts from Audencia Business School in France, as well as prestigious universities and research institutions in China, aiming to cultivate leaders with a global perspective, strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a sense of social responsibility in the digital and low-carbon era.
南特高等商学院上海学术研究中心（南特高商上海校区）于 2020 年 12 月设立，是南特高商在中国的“学、产、研”平台。作为南特高等商学院上海校区，其主要承担南特高等商学院中国区的高管教育培训职能，目前已开设工商管理博士（DBA）、高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）、管理发展项目（MDP）以及企业定制学位 / 培训等全序列高管教育项目。上海校区位于上海市长宁区凯旋路1398号长宁国际发展广场，拥有良好的教学、办公环境及设施。
Shanghai Academic Research Center (Audencia Business School, Shanghai Campus) was established in December 2020, serving as the “education, industry, and research” platform of Audencia in China, which primarily undertakes the executive education and training functions for Audencia in China. Currently, it offers a full range of executive education programs, including Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Management Development Program (MDP), as well as customized corporate degree programs and training.
Boasting excellent teaching, comfortable office environments, and modern facilities, Shanghai campus is located at Changning Development International Plaza, No. 1398, Kaixuan Road, Changning District.

Program teaching team is with in-depth research and great accomplishments. Audencia EMBA program helps participants systematically build business knowledge from a thinking framework to management practices, and then to strategy integration, fostering and enhancing leadership skills and social responsibility in a comprehensive manner.
课程设置分为五个大模块：

设置战略、人力资源、营销、财务及绩效管理、创新及价值链管理等5个子模块，帮助学员构建、系统的商业认知。
This module includes five sub-modules: Strategy, Human Resources, Marketing, Financial and Performance Management, and Innovation and Value Chain Management. These sub-modules aim to build and upgrade systematic business knowledge.

EMBA项目的毕业论文将以个人实践项目报告的形式完成。个人实践项目(PSI)是南特高等商学院EMBA项目的特色之一，学员通过个人实践项目撰写一份解决企业/个人实际问题的课题研究报告。通过课题研究及报告的撰写，学员将学会应用课堂上所学的管理理论/工具/方法来解决现实的商业问题，同时掌握硕士研究生层次的商业研究方法。
The final thesis for the EMBA program shall be completed in the form of an Individual Strategic Project (ISP) report. The ISP is one of the distinctive features of the EMBA program at Audencia Business School. Participants shall prepare a research report on a topic that addresses a real-world problem faced by a company or an individual through their ISP. Through conducting research on the topic and writing the report, participants shall learn to apply management theories, tools, and methods learned in class to solve practical business problems as well as master business research methods at the master’s degree level.

在职学习,每月一般集中授课3天（周五-周日）

授课语言：华人教授中文授课，外方教授英文授课并配中文助教
Program Duration: 18 months
Part-time study with generally 3 days of concentrated learning per month (Friday to Sunday)
Teaching Venues: Audencia Shanghai Campus & Atlantic Campus in France
Teaching Language: Chinese professors conduct courses in Chinese, foreign professors conduct courses in English with on-site Chinese translation provided.
毕业论文以个人实践项目报告的形式完成并答辩
The final thesis is in the form of Individual Strategic Project report with defense.

学员完成所有课程，经考核合格，个人实践项目报告/论文通过答辩，并经南特高等商学院学位评审委员会评审，可获颁授南特高等商学院高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）学位。
Participants will be awarded the Executive MBA degree by Audencia Business School upon completion of all courses, passing the assessments, and successfully defending the final thesis after the review by Audencia Degree Evaluation Committee.

The program integrates Audencia’s latest research and teaching achievements in global responsibility, sustainable development, and digital transformation, aiming to help enterprises/organizations achieve digitalization and low-carbon transformation, and realize sustainable growth and development for individuals and enterprises.
项目实行申请制。学员通过综合素质面试后，学校根据面试成绩结合个人背景评估后录取。
项目采用在职学习方式，方便学员平衡安排学习、工作及生活。
The program adopts an application-based admission system. Applicants will be admitted based on their interview performance and personal background assessment after passing a comprehensive interview. The program offers in-service learning to facilitate participants in balancing studies, work, and life.
